5:30 am - 9:30 pm Monday - Saturday
Job Duties: Responsible for scheduling, Internal audits, inventory control, follow up and review of all incidents, reviewing all cases until completed, employee recruitment, client meetings, standing on post if unable to fill with employees.
Work schedule would generally be on site from 5:30 - 2:30 pm Monday - Friday. You will be required to work any schedule during the operational hours of 5:30 am to 2:30 pm Monday - Saturday. You will have 16 hours of onsite administrative time each week. Schedule needs to be flexible depending on demands of the central and personal who need to be trained and hired.
Requirements: Fluent in English, able to work with people of different backgrounds and interest, Loss Prevention experience in a distribution or fulfillment center, Good computer skills, good team building skills, ability to recruit, hire and train as necessary, take responsibility for a very active site, ability to work without supervision, ability to de escalate situations that may arise.
