We are looking for a Staffing Agency Recruiter for our Jonesboro Branch, to source, interview and select qualified job candidates for our clients.
Pay: $13/an hour
1st Shift: 8AM-5PM but must be available to come in a little earlier, or stay a little later, as needed.

- Must have a valid driver's license and have own transportation.
- Seeking someone who possesses strong phone etiquette, good computer skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, who is motivated, & works well independently.
- Prior recruiting experience is not a requirement, but a plus.

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities ( included, but not limited to ):
- Calling, interviewing, placing new hires on jobs, relevant to their work history.
- Calling resumes to get new candidates in the door to apply/work.
- Creating and publishing job ads on job boards, social media, etc.
- Working with others inside the office to ensure jobs are being filled in a timely manner.
- Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards and social media.
- Conduct & attend job fairs to bring in new talent.
- Screen resumes and job applications.
- Interview candidates.
- Prepare candidates before interviews with clients.
