Any interested candidate must have previous machine operating experience, with any product.

- 7am-4pm, Monday-Friday with the occasional Saturday.

Job Duties:
- Willing to learn with a welcoming attitude
- Machine Set-Up, operation and clean-up
- Efficient and accurate set-up of machine
- Produce accurate, quality products from specifications, print cards, and Cad drawings
- Minimize waste of sheet stock, glue and ink when applicable
- Quality control checks of materials, print registration, scoring, die cuts against specifications
- Inspection of tooling (cutting dies and print plates)
- Follow the production schedule
- Train and assist crew members on proper machine operation and safety
- Be willing to work over to complete all daily machine center procedures
- This position falls under the Production Manager
Qualifications:
Must be able to-
- Lift/push up to 50lbs.
- Read tap measure
- Do basic math: subtraction, addition, fractions, decimals, etc.
- Manage the heat of the summer (plant is not air conditioned)
- Experience operating Rotary Die Cutter, Specialty Folder/Gluer, or Flexo Folder Gluer is a plus!
