Position does NOT require previous HR experience, but does require the below...
- Experience with phones/doors and office skills (greetings, direction, etc.)
- Confidentiality
- Heavy admin skills
- Customer service driven
- Team player, yet able to work independently who possesses the ability to work effectively
- Go-getter attitude
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must be a quick learner and if given direction, take initiative
