Customer Service Representatives needed in Riverdale, GA

$15 an hour

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Qualifications:

Experience in customer service/support/sales or a similar role via phone

Understanding of how CRM systems work

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Multi-tasking abilities are a must

Patience when handling tough cases

Great customer service organization - deliver WOW to our customers

Job Details:

The CX Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding users through the purchase flow as needed

To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust

Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email, chat, phone, or social media

Providing step by step technical help, both written and verbal, with great attention to details

Diagnosing customer issues, solving problems, and helping with queries about their order

Complete tickets based on priority and SLA protocols.
