Seeking experienced customer service/sales support associates, providing professional customer service by analyzing and rectifying customer concerns by providing prompt and accurate solutions personalized to each customer.
General Duties:
- Enter promo and sales orders into AZ
- Communicate with customers as needed
- Other support as needed by Commercial or LE Sales
- Update CRM as needed
Any interested candidates should have:
- 1+ year(s) related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor
- Data entry skills, accurately type 30-50 WPM
- Organization and time management skills
- Experience with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion
