CREW CHIEF for a Survey Company
Be able to work in a highly adaptable, team oriented environment.

Possess thorough knowledge of field surveying practices
Providing field support for the office survey staff as needed.
Ability to assign, prioritize, schedule and delegate work in the field
Instructs and trains survey crew in survey and mapping methods, use of equipment, and field safety procedures
MUST HAVES:
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
Pass all required Criminal Background, MVR checks and drug screening, if required.
Broad knowledge and experience relating to land surveying practices and techniques and construction staking activities. Ability to improvise and respond to changing site conditions and client needs.
Possess knowledge, education and experience relating to property and right of way line resolution, deed and plat research.
Proficient with basic survey and mathematical calculations and coordinate geometry, including slope, line and grade computations and traverse closure field checks.
Working knowledge of modern survey devices and modern survey methods.
Hours are M-F 7:30am-4:30pm
Pay starts between $18.00-$20.00 an hour
