Manufacturing facility located in Canton, GA is in need of a Maintenance LeadMan to start ASAP!
60K per year, about $30 per hour.
Generally, 1st shift hours of 7am-4pm.
Maintenance LeadMan will coordinate the maintenance and repair of a wide variety of production/processing machines and equipment. Involves checking, setting up, and operating various types of productions tools and equipment prior to approving the production use.
- Duties/Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ability to plan and schedule maintenance work, etc.
- Initiate and/or maintain a cost-effective preventive maintenance program.
- Practice safe work habits at all times.
- Demonstrate ability to make all required settings/adjustments for optimum equipment performance to manufacture quality products.
- Demonstrate abilities to troubleshoot programmable controllers and troubleshoot and repair all A/C and D/C drives and their control systems use.
- Report to Production Manager any information that may impeded the operations of the plant as soon as it becomes known.
- Monitor warranties and service guarantees. Notify personnel of impending expiration dates.
- Conduct selective inventory and verify with computerized inventory of maintenance parts and supplies.
- Order parts/supplies and maintain inventory for parts.
- Oversee and plan contract work and installations done by outside vendors.
- Conduct Production/Safety meetings with department personnel.
- MUST be willing to accept after hour call in emergencies.
